I did try to give you a heads up on Bobatea, he was scamming and begging people all over Torn and no doubt much worse seeing as he got put in Federal, he’s a scumbag player which is why he was permanently in hospital from all the bounties people put on him. 

I would advise you just start again I a fresh faction and avoid him, although I expect he won’t return as Bobatea, he will probably create a new profile and start again, shutting the Bobatea profile down.
