I have just returned to the game, its been a long while since I played and I have forgotten most of what to do, how to do it etc. I remember I was just getting the hang of the game before some things happened irl that took me away, I was at the stage of doing happy skips and getting my stats up, but with forgetting everything I am looking for a nice laid back faction that can kind of re-teach me what and how I should be doing things as I have completely forgot :-(
I plan to play everyday of course and here are my stats:

Fantastic faction. Everyone here is wonderful, kind, polite and very helpful. They treat their members like family, just make sure you know what you want out of this game and you want to progress. Be in it for the long game, be ready to give and WIC certainly gives back. Thank you for making my Torn experience a fun and loving one. I will be here for many years I believe!
Edit: I would also like to mention, I feel very safe here. The leaders really look after the members and care about what's going on. If you're uncomfortable usually and a bit shy & timid this is a place you can call home.
