This year was my first elimination. My husband and I just joined the game not long ago. We are still pretty young in the game. So, we tried to HJ before elim started (in 3 days). He got his HJ completed on time with no issues. I had issues with mine and had to try and complete it the first morning of elim. I ask my elim team for a revive so I could complete it rq, and instead, I got hated on BIGTIME in the Discord, and then 10 bounties were placed on my head by someone IN MY ELIM TEAM (they were the only ones told about the HJ). There was ONE person in the group who reached out to smooth over the situation, and was helpful in calming me down (I got heated), but in the end the bounty crippled me.
In essence, they made the experience pretty crappy and offered no explanation AT ALL. Just immediate, and completely disabling, punishment. The bounties kept me completely inactive for the next day and half and then I dropped out altogether. I felt useless and like I was feeding the other teams.
I wish I could say that I will be partaking in Elim next year, but I don't know man. Idk
