I've been playing Torn every day for almost 5 years and I have been stoned every single time I log on,

I agree that self-excluding from opening RW caches should be a thing.
I lost about 7b in a day in the bookies and self-excluded for 6 months,
but in that time, I've opened about 20 RW caches whenever I've had the urge for a gamble.
