Why can we not simply have a 'one of purchase' of a yearly subscription without the recurring. Get an email notification that it will expire in one months time or something to that effect.
I had a very bad experience about 20years ago when a payment was taken out of my bank account for some service whilst I had insufficient funds in that account on that day, it ended up costing me more than three times what the 'actual service cost' due to late fees, overdrawn account fees and some other fee. I ended up blowing up in the bank and getting loudly agitated due to three different lots of penalty fees they applied. I cancelled my account on that day and have never done business with that Bank again but I also swore I would never put myself in that situation again if possible.
Thus I am very reluctant to consume a yearly donator because I cannot see any valid reason why you have made it exist only in a recurring manner apart from forward financial projection planning!

I 'walked into a tree' and have now been stuck there for 24+ hours. I have tried moving in every and all directions of the compass but remain stuck in this tree.
Why is there not an option to kill ourselves or type /stuck (and be morphed to a close by point) like there is in other MMO?
Before this the 'Christmas Town' map was the only place I was finding 'presents' so the other maps are of poor value unless I just want to play games!

If I reached the Level of Principal in Education and then left to do Medical but after reaching GP realise my Intelligence:5,538 is going up way to slowly.
Can I go back to Education and be at the Position level of Principal again for the perk (spend the job points on the +100 Intel per 10 Education Points every 2 days) or do I have to start from the bottom again in Education?!?
The same question also applies to my Medical - if I quit at the Position of GP (to boost my INT up quicker elsewhere) and then come back to Medical will I still be at that position of GP immediately I do I have the slow grind to get back up (even if all of my stats are high enough)?

Update; it turned out that as I use 'NoScript' there was a Script that was still blocked called; sendbird.com
Allowing that script allowed Chat to again function as expected.
This issue has become resolved, it was a user issue that was resolved by allowing permission to a script.
Thank you for looking into this issue.
The chat icons in the bottom right hand corner have all disappeared. Occasionally on some pages the cog wheel and 'people' icon return but that is it. Occasionally it will showing 'spinning wheels' and may note 'cannot connect to server' or the like.
- I am using FF, have cleared the cache numerous times, issue persists,
- turned off Torn Tools, logged out and back in, issue persists,
- logged into Torn using Edge and icons and functions return but I really do not want to have to use Edge,
- it was working as expected in FF but the issue started occasionally and then got worse and worse and has now become persistent.
In pic FF is on right showing impaired chat, LHS is Edge showing full chat functions available.
Is it just me or is Egg Finder breaking ingame 'chat'?
Using Edge this was not working when using 'Tampermonkey', installing Violentmonkey and then installing Christmas Town Helper and it worked as expected.
There seems to be an issue with Tampermonkey + Christmas Town Helper across browsers as noted in the previous posts.

It's completely broken again with significant lag issues. Flash grenades counters are still going although it is hung on my attempt at making an attack so the flash grenade wears off after 2 attacks if I'm lucky.

Please thank the team for any and all efforts as Pod18 is currently running efficiently and response times have improved significantly tending towards 'as expected', even opening the Faction page is rendering in a timely manner.
Trying to provide meaningful data to aid with the analysis.
It is happening now in UAE right now. When any of the 'Areas' hyperlinks are selected it is taking 10-15s to render and populate from UAE, People, Jobs, etc., etc. and if trying to review other player profiles it is being very laggy taking 5-10s to populate each time and then lagging during the attack phase whilst pepper spray timers continue as per normal in the background, making it lucky if you get 2 hits whilst it is active.

Can someone at least do a rolling restart of the server please!
For goodness sake, pepper spray is wearing off due to the lag and I get 1 hit in that time. What a steaming pile of garbage!
