I've seen many people mention that at 45 NNB, the success rate for the usual safe crimes is reached and any other boosts such as CE merits, city law career perk and Psychology Bachelor degree perk is useless and does not increase your success rate any further. Does anyone have a source for this claim, or maybe some information on the crime success rate cap for other unsafe crimes such as hacking? I've tried looking but couldn't find the original source for this claim.
Also, if this is indeed true, is there any reason to do the city law career path and the Psychology Bachelor degree after reaching 45 NNB?

I just bought the book with mission credits, and don't know if its worth it to use it now or to wait for awareness week. I'm not planning on changing my job. I could probably do a merit reset if it makes a noticeable difference. Would waiting almost a year for awareness week be worth losing the interest I could earn if I used it now?
I am selling all my free bounty slots. It will cost you 150k per slot, plus the bounty value, listing fee and anonymity fee. I will place the bounties as soon as I receive all the information and money.
I will not reveal my clients, if that is preferred. You can also specify the reason; otherwise it will be something like "Paid bounty slot". Message me if you want more information or want to negotiate.

I get it now, thanks for the explanation! Gonna laugh at myself later for missing this :p

I found the same post after searching with Cloudjumper's name. I also found this which is the announcement for when the maximum nerve was increased from 45 to 60. It doesn't mention any changes beside the maximum nerve, so it makes sense that if there is a crime success rate cap, it would be at 45 NNB. And this post by Chedburn confirms there is a crime success rate cap, tho he doesn't specify what exactly it is.

Wait how do you get an extra 23h on the last day?
If you start at with no cooldown, and use 24h cooldown each day, your cooldown will always run between 0-24h, being at 24h right after you take your daily alcohol (31*24).
Now if you take the extra 24h at the start, your cooldown gets shifted up 24h and now runs between 24-48h (32*24).
So when you get to the last day you should only be able to use the 24h you would have been able to anyway, which is included in (31*24). Am I missing something here?
