The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan is a fantastic read thats great for anyone that likes fantasy
The Kingkiller Chronicle its not a complete trilogy yet as the author Patrick Rothfuss is still writing the final book but the first two are amazing and the side book The Slow Regard for Silent things actually made me cry.
Mystborn and The Stormlight Archives by Brandon Sanderson holy crap both series are amazing and Stormlight Archives has one of the best fight sequences in any book that I've ever read that genuinely made me feel pumped up and thrilled truly fantastic writing.
The First Law trilogy oh God it's good but by the end you'll hate almost every character for being exceedingly human Joe Abercrombie writes characters in a fictional setting that have some of the most basic natural feeling emotions possible they are easy to relate too and it's mostly because they reflect our worst qualities
