Torn city job center !

As a owner of multiple companies over the years,I know how it can be a grind sending advertisement after advertisement to player after player,most dont reply,some are just obnoxious an it feels more like your just annoying players with your offers more than anything.And to be honest it's annoying to do.

The recruitment forum isnt too good an I rarely get players from there,most of my employees are from advertising to them directly.

And when your constantly replacing employees who leave go AWOL or trying to get stat upgrades to help push my company up the list.Its a real grind sometimes.

So my idea is simple,create a torn city job center where players register who are actually interested in finding work.

To incentivise why a player would bother to join it you could greatly reduce or remove the perk waiting time gotten from joining companies.

To incentivise why an owner should use it you  could give a + 5 bonus to there working stats when they are hired through the job center.

To counter act the perk waiting time an to keep balance,you could then not let an employee leave there accepted employment for 3 days minimum.But still be able to be fired.

The player would be able to select what jobs they are interested in receiving offers for through the job center.And the owners could then send them a wage offer.

And you could even charge the owners a small fee for hiring through the job center.As we know ched likes a money sink.

This would encourage owners and workers to use it,and then owners dont have to go around annoying everyone with there advertising.
