Short version. This is a Gent’s Strip Club. It is not a profit center for me. I fund daily ads and lose millions per day to keep the place at full strength so you can enjoy the perks.
Clubs, Adult Novelties, and similar businesses exist for perks. They are not director money makers.
Our PSFs, Mines and other companies are the ones designed to earn and pay strong wages. This club is the “perks package” side of the house.
I train on rotation and do not sell trains. I treat trains as part of your total compensation outside of the listed perks.
You may sell your trains to each other if you want to make a little extra. Just tell me first so I can adjust training targets and nobody gets shorted.
If you need to move on, help me fill your seat. Bring me your replacement and I will bonus you for helping with a clean handoff.
Log in at least once daily. If life happens, ping me. I am reasonable.
Keep company addiction under control - within reason, these are the loose ideal expectations:
Weekdays: at or below −11
Saturdays: at or below −6
Sundays: as close to 0 as possible
If you are pushing near those limits, say something and we will figure it out.
Ask in company chat any time. I will respond and so will the veteran crew. Gear, chaining, stats, crimes, travel, merch, you name it. If it touches Torn, we can help.
Perks-first companies are only good if they stay stable. I eat the ad cost so you do not have to worry about the business side. You focus on growth and keeping addiction in range so the whole roster benefits.
