I got a dog tag just now, by mugging Mr_Blackard [2624907].
But it's certainly not Dog Tags now (It was announced to be canceled) .
So what happened?

Well idk if people give envelopes containing money on funerals at all. I haven’t ever received one on those occasions, despite actually being a Chinese guy.

Well then we could have one for busting out someone you just arrested (just like the one where you hosp someone you just revived. arresting someone you just busted isn't an option since arresting requires sufficient crime gains after last jail sentence)

 

And perhaps another for getting busted by someone you get caught busting them

Losing exactly 1 life means you need to find someone with super low bs and get a damaging hit on the hands or foot from him. So what you need is probably a low bs speed whore or something...

I wonder if some crimes in 2.0 would actually involve other players as targets, like drive-by shooting in 1.0?

Getting someone out of jail just before they get out. I wonder if anyone would ever get that because torn folk nearly never spend a full sentence in jail. :P

Cop, Dude - Arrest someone who just busted you out of jail. A 5-minute window would be nice.
Imagine you bust someone out of jail, and all of a sudden you get shot in the chest and handcuffed, by the guy you just rescued. Quite a surprise, isn't it? :D

Well I guess if you OD the quality medical service of first class would take care of you and you’d land in the hospital once you get there. The treatment done on the plane accounts for hospital time.

I’d say it’s nice overall, but who wouldn’t be interested in consuming the duck ‘cause it’s druggy 20% duck fly away chance is way too high. It should be like at a base chance of 15% or so and can be decreased through training the duck, and eventually the chance becomes 0%. This is to prevent players from losing everything they invested in ducks because of this percentage. The fly away percentage decrease works only for the duck you trained, just like the safety racing stat(which I would like to call loyalty for ducks). So training a duck also increase loyalty for that duck.

Well you can still self-hosp with irradiated blood bags. The only consequences of this are that you’ll need expensive neumune tablets if you want to med yourself out and that it damages your battlestats for a bit. Alternatively you can just buy a small bomb and have yourself blown up.

No this makes no sense. When your target is unconscious you just grab every single penny you can find on them and run. And in bazaars, what you do when you buy mug is:
You clutch your gun, loaded, in your hand. You hand the money to the owner. Before they notice, you take out your gun and fired, the owner falls to the ground, bills flying everywhere.

Well perhaps that should be called the original owner. Whoever is stronger has the right of having the tag.

Pros of this suggestion: Would make a fight more enjoyable(for you in real life, of course)
