I change to low lvl gym to train with that 5e :p. Also, you have that 5e if u train in the first 5 min right after the 15 min tick. So, u get an E regen for last 10 min. for example, if u trained after 00:15, u will get E regen for 00:10-00:20 at 00:20. Same for other 15min ticks. This is true only if you have donator status.
