answer:
1.join every event in there,because so many event in this game you must follow, it will give you very rare item after you finish it look the value on that item and sell in item market it will give you soo much money.
2,join player company don't enter the NPC job first because you need training endurance, manual labor, and intelligence.so go to player company and the boss will train you, if you have enought stats go to NPC job like army, brain surgery or something in NPC job
3.selling item, there is so many item in the city you can get like a Bob market,sally sweet shop and another shop in the city but there is a limit to do it you just can buy 100 item in the shop.
4.if you have so much money like (50m,20m,10m)follow this Bald'r forum https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16034448, but if you still under lv 15 ghost trade have a limit so if you have so much money and safe it to ghost trade is a bad idea because you will get mugged if the time is over so go to bank deposit and deposit your much money to city bank your money can't be taken back but you can save as much money as possible wait until you are lv 15
