I got it pretty early and didn’t knew it was so hard to get until started getting into honor guides lmao

So if somebody don’t want to sell you something does that make him a mean person in the game?

That’s not even a torn thing, people are good and make gifts to others all day. I was gifted more weed than I will consume in a year by the opposing faction leader in a war just because I congratulated them and asked about how to improve and how they coordinated because we where still learning. 

Torn is a grind game, if you just want to rush some stuff then yeah, people won’t help you out. But that’s not being mean.
