I don't really want to nominate anyone in my clan, or business. As I would be biased. This is just a dude I interacted with briefly and he seemed to be a pretty chill, reasonable person.

Very interesting faction. Very geared for warfare and success. If you're a cool person who logs into the game 2-3 times a week, this faction is not for you. If you are not really into playing well with others and just want to lonewolf your time in Torn, this faction is not for you. If you don't like to raise waves, or waste e on petty wars and just want to log in every day to train to the exclusion of everything else, this faction is not for you.
All the people above are fine people. Nothing wrong with you and it's definitely a way to play Torn. Maybe one day (when I'm old, grey, dead, and probably reading a stat gain book) I'll be playing a similar way.
But ...
If you're brought to Torn by Dark Gods to bring fire and brimstone to the streets of Torn. This faction is where you belong. If you adore warfare and you need a faction that wants to be a team and work together to achieve awesomeness, this faction is where you belong. If you're tired of your faction folding in at the barest of pressure and are looking for a group of people who meet a superior foe, throw themselves in with abandon, and come out victorious. This faction is absolutely where you belong. If you're wicked, unhinged, with a sense of humour that makes people look at you weird and cross the street, this faction is where you belong. If you're a newbie who likes this game and sees it's potential, but is beating against the time and number constraints of this game, trying to catch up to all the oldies of the game. This faction is where you belong. If you have the drive, the energy, and the activity as a player. The faction will help you get to where you want and you'll have plenty of chances to reliably set yourself against others to evaluate your growing skill. Both in pixels/stats as well as game knowledge, mastery, and general awesomeness. If your grammar is for shit and you're really into run on sentences, then ... well. Arghem.

Traded with him as a complete newbie. He didn't eat my liver and forgot to scam me. Instead put me on some reading material and bought stuff I was basically otherwise tossing away. Now that I can afford a hat, hats off to Yewnit.
For the record. I started doing Arsons at 20 NNB with 8 merits in CE. In less then 20 Arsons, it jumped to 25, but I did like 2.5k shoplifting jackets prior to that. Regardless. So far, I've hosp failed 3 times out of ... 187 warehouse arsons.
My point is no, you really do not need to wait until 45 NNB to begin arsons.

Hello, hello.
Since we can check stocks midflight, that means we have internet. Why not make it possible to play Poker while flying. Maybe require buying an internet adaptor in the Points Building.

Not really seeing a point in rewarding Lat for what she did. Spectacle is her reward and justification. The damage from DB is minor compared to the damage on people for breaking their trust. Let her drop her dbs on whoever and dissappear into obscurity.
Not sure if this was suggested before.
A merit for being the target of >100,000,000 in bounties by the same person :).

Three things I'd advice you to do.
1) get a buddy to split biunties with. Agree on the terms. You med out, they insta hosp you. Do it until med timer runs out/e runs out/bounties get too low/bounties run out. Then split the profits. You will ofcourse get betrayed once, or twice, or five times. Bur its okey. There will be more bounties on you. You'll be able to try again.
2) Find someone who can put you on a 72 hr protection from bounties. Its a job perk from one of the companies. Itll cost you. But you rich Daddy. You dont mind.
3) Shut the hell up at the forums.
Do these three things and you will eventually be fine.

While I personally think outside hits and bounties are fair game. (Strategy vs stats against stats). Congrats Dopeheads! You really ran away with this.
Update. 219 arsons in total. Went from 20 NNB to 25 and now to 30 NNB. Took me 17 days.
I also did 2-3 Bomb Threats

This is actually pretty close. A good match up. I don't know enough about either one of these factions, but seems like it's going to be a fun war. I'll take you up on the bet. 10m on Dopeheads.
Just. Lil correction. When I said 8 merits, I mean 8 merit bars. 8/10. Sorry!
Whether that's actually necessary, I do not know. The failure rate sure is low and impactless

I suggest we elect the OP for president. We uhh .. running short of those.
Whoa. I'm surprised this wasn't posted by Evil duck
Edit: Duck got autocorrected into something else. Shows how often I Type 'duck' vs ... something else.

I mean. It's true. I am a noob. Which education course gives me the 'mental equilibristic' perk? I'd like to be able to be as deluded as D3vil.
... whoah.
You know when D3vls baby faction matched ours, they had x10 the stats. 3+ bill vs 300m. They were so full of gusto and gloating. D3vl was all, "it's all fair! You can still fight."
What was the stat advantage for IBB vs HT? 1.5k score vs 10k score? Lol. iBB better be outstatting them by a factor of ten. Otherwise ... This is just embarrassing.

Good and Quick Trader.
Traded with the dude. Very efficient. Didn't mug me.

Simple. Something that we can purchase and use to become capable of skipping an education course.
So if a course needs 5 prerequisites. Each one of these items allow you to skip one prereq once.
