We are paying up to 15mil/day. 1b minimum total battle stats requiered. We provide meds and/or free revives. For more details contact me or my co-leader in private.
(job or jobless) some prefer weekdays wars to have a weekend free of such commitment to torn, others loves to war on weekends (we don't need to make a poll here because torn should be for everyone), but the REAL PROBLEM is that it's UNFAIR to RESTRICT ranked wars to just Thursday-Sunday (some may never be able to proper attend).
This new direction will remove torn from his main and original track where everyday(that's why we have an age here directly related to the real life time), anything can happen and can be done if you want to (except the calendar events)

The 4th territory is unlocked, but for my faction it takes another 3 days to upgrade it. Other factions already have 4 territories. What's the catch here?

It's unfair when it comes to limit the choices for everyone, but Ched transformed it into an event, so I got nothing to argue anymore, just hope that there will be an abundant of factions to join RW that will make the system crash and force him to expand war time to the hole week.
We have always enlist the faction on a Saturday and start the war Monday or Tuesday the latest, so we couldn't stretch it till weekend.
By the way, even on a Monday we've experienced huge lags in a RW
