Happiness debuff only appears when your owed upkeep exceeds 10% of the base property value - Ranch is almost 5x the value of mansion so stands to reason that it takes more than 2 days unpaid upkeep to receive debuff even though upkeep values are very close to one another.

Your chain meter shows the current 'tier' in the chaining field for active chains, it will update to /100 when you exceed a 50 chain. 

The icon next to the fight log participant names and date indicates it was stealthed, that icon is not present in non stealthed logs.

I know JFKhaos irl and it was def a rough war for them! 

Honestly had a blast, the strats, coordination and commitment ODB portrayed really made for a challenge, we were warned at the start about your activity and coordination and we most certainly were right to approach with caution even with a stat advantage. The shop sell price is not the same as the buy price as is the norm in the Torn economy, there is a $5 difference in buy and sell prices visible so by repeating the cycle as you have you have depleted your funds left available to purchase ammo.
