Renting max PI Must be active daily, pay 50% of the rent. No need to pay upkeep. Someone for long term (I want those merits :) No vault access obviously.

Saw a few of them when I was a kid. Nowadays, I dont see any paranormal stuff, but I can hear them, and also feel their presence. I am a firm believer.

Looking for a max PI to rent. At first month, I wont be able to pay a big amount. Once I have reached level 15,I will be able to pay more. DM me if someone here is generous to help me out :)
