1st, like others said, posting here only makes u a target yourself. Talking to the faction leader would've been a better option.
2nd, imo, taking only the info u gave, he's just a bully being a bully. Ignore and move on cause that's the most common thing in this game.

Hit the gym. If u do 0 damage to someone they have at least 14x your strength in defense.
Epinephrine might help if u do very low damage instead of 0 damage and there is also empower melees that help with def whores.
But the one "nearly guaranteed" solution for that is just training.

On the other hand, self control is above all measures there are to hinder this behavior. When a gambler wants to gamble he'll find a way to do it regardless of whatever restrictions they throw in the game.

Here's the thing. Torn is full of players who feel entitled enough to pick on someone for x and y reason when they're strong enough. If you're weak and somewhat new shitposting in forums won't do anything but get you targeted. And I say this not considering your context specifically since what you gave isn't all enough.
Just don't post bs in forums if you don't wanna be "cyberbullied"
