Hi! Just woke up and found myself unable to access torn.com while using either my wifi or mobile network, says I got banned. The only way to play torn for me right now is using a Germany based VPN.

What could I do to resolve this issue? Everything was just fine today before I went to sleep at 1 am TCT.
Title. I am unsure what uniques are left in some crimes (i.e. pickpocketing) and I'd like to check which ones are left and how does one acquire them.
I've switched to 2.0 a while ago and I am 30 fraud crimes away from an award. What crimes should I do to get these 30 done?
What does the "flamboyant" effect do to targets? I am confused as hell.

No, I am a hundred percent sure about what I'm saying. I have done all graffiti uniques and am at lvl 100 CS. Torn.report says I didn't unlock red light districts BUT it also says I have already got some uniques from red light district which makes it 10 times funnier
Data here seems old, I already have all uniques in graffiti but on torn report it says I only have 14/41

Hey there! I'm just curious about two things. Сan I somehow enable notifications for forum replies (to my messages/posts) and how do some people see who liked/disliked their post?
It is gone, yep. Sorry for not responding, I didn't get notifications for this thread for some reason. Regarding your previous question - it used to appear everytime I launched the app, clicking "try again" sent me to the home page allowing me to play torn normally.
