Does anyone know why the word "Ma'am" is used by NPCs (like at the stores & such)? It's nice that they/them is automatically used when Enby is set as gender, but then dialogue turns around and uses a flat-out feminine. And I know it's not used for everyone, because it says "Sir" if the gender is set to male (I checked). Is there a way to change this to use another title (or no title), or am I stuck with still being misgendered?
Based on the wording of your question, you already seem to believe that communism is the correct political ideology, and thus you have answered yourself. However, it would not be logical for you to ask something like this if you answered yourself in the same post. However, I will respond to the first part of your question nontheless. I do not believe the correct political ideology is a definable thing, because it isn't just one thing. Everyone believes their own thing. As I mentioned in my response to Pen [2340613], each person has a unique view and opinion of everything. The definition of what is right and wrong are not perfect black-and-white lines. They can be bent and painted over, have dents put in them, or be completely erased entirely. Without defining what makes a political ideology correct, an ideology cannot be marked as correct or incorrect.
Because I feel that Xe/Xem and They/Them both accurately reflect how I identify myself and who I am. The neutrality of both sets reflects the neutrality of the gender I feel within, so being refered to with those sets allows others to accurately acknowledge my identity and refer to me with respectful and words that are just wholesomely me.
This is a highly philisophical question, which I welcome with open arms.
To your first question: I think it is due to people being highly impulsive. Particularly for those in power, many do not take the time and/or put forth the effort to understand that each person is different, that everyone has beliefs, and then being able to take what they learn from people in different situations to then benefit them. Those in power tend to only think of those that they know, and thus only do things that would benefit those people without really considering how it might affect people further down the line. Perhaps if we as a world were able to understand and accept that people are different and that regardless of how different two people might be they will always have something in common. If we as a world could accept this and understand this and be able to make decisions with the utmost level of logic, perhaps we would not live on a dying planet. Perhaps people would not be starving to death as we speak. Perhaps we would know what exists beyond our solar system. However, mulling over things that could have been is not beneficial towards the present or the future. It is better to think of what things we as individuals on this overpopulated blue sphere can do to make the world a little bit better.
To your second and third questions: It would require us to define what is evil and what is good before we can label people as either. Yes, most would agree murder is evil and giving to others is good- but what about stealing medicine save someone's life? Is that good or bad? Is beating your child or making them stand in a corner as discipline good or bad? Is allowing one human to have control of an entire country good or bad? A box's dimensions must first be known before contents can be sorted into or out of it.
