I think it would be awesome to have an audio player built into Torn, where community members could compete to get their tracks uploaded. It’d make war time more fun, especially when chain watching. Sure, you can have YouTube or Spotify open, but having player-created music right there would be way better in my opinion . Plus, it might attract more people to the game, especially those into creating music.
Depends what your goal is tbh, if you're after merits such as fire x amount of rounds then the minigun is a good bet, if you just want to win fights then it depends on what battle stats the other person has.

As both Fsh and Bovril mentioned, it may not be a good idea to hold levels, but it's advisable to aim for reaching level 15 to unlock the ability to fly. Once you've achieved that milestone, you can then decide which path or direction you'd like to pursue.
