Here is the over and short of the issue
I asked for more money, the money flashed on my account, then the screen flashed, I lost all of the money, then it asked for a fee, I didn't have any money for said fee, asked for a small loan from a faction member, paid the fee, and still don't have the money I ask for the loan for.
It all happened so fast that I didn't get a chance to screenshot anything.
It might not even be a bug. I don't know. All I know is that I was shorted money because the amount owing to the loan shark went up and I don't have anything to say for it.
In the scamming crime minigame; it over time turns all red short of the space you currently are on. Since that space doesn’t turn red you can spam ‘freeze in place’ conditions and still get experience without consequence.
I once was stuck in Switzerland and arrived at a time when the chamois plushies were out. I clicked on the alert button to tell me when they would restock. Happily did it so; however, after that I clicked off of it. Still to this moment I am getting half hour alerts even though it says I clicked off of it?
