Apologizes if this isn't a bug, but it seems like it may be? I currently have multiple of the same items that I am wearing. If wearing one, and want to list the the extra items to the item market, I can't because the game is telling me it is equipped. I figured it would differentiate between the equipped/unequipped, allowing me to list the unequipped extra items, but it does not. I have to remove the item from my character to be able to list the extras. Seems odd/unintuitive

Fix the name change issue. If the name you want meets all requirements, and it happens to be 15 characters long, the player is unable to change the name to the new name.
But, as I've already come to find out, this issue will not be fixed.

Per the requirements:
1. The user must be under level 50.
2. The user must be inactive for 75 days + (25 days x their level).
3. The user must not have federal jail set to 777. [777 is reserved for players who are Fallen, or Resting in Peace]
4. The user must have under 5 weekly active people who have added them to their friends or enemies list.
But I just found out there is a hidden 5th rule. Apparently, the name must not be 15 characters. If the name is 15 characters long which is the maximum length a name can be, the system is unable to handle the name change request. There must be a way to free up the desired name? I can PM the user ID/name in a private message if there is any staff who can assist
