Hi, I was going to swap over from the monthly subscription to the annual one but when I went to cancel my recurring payment all my notes disappeared. They are completely gone now and I had tons of notes there so I was wondering if there was some way I could get them back. I still have 46 days of donator status and subscriber status until 31/03/24

You can calculate the percentage increase of stat gains you get from switching to a higher dot gym and then compare it to the bonus you get from faction steadfast with this formula:

(new_gym_dots/oldgymdots)x100 - 100

But perhaps that could be adjusted with the % drop rate chances of such items?
I am generally in favor of the idea that you can choose where you want to burgle from instead of getting a random location. In order to not have any adverse effects on the economy perhaps there could be something like we have on card skimming? Where you can choose which location you want without any location being the "obvious" best one where they all have the same nerve cost but many different negative/positive aspects that balance it out.

Events will obviously always have an impact on the demand of items but if there is a burglary place that is clearly more beneficial than others, perhaps the rates of which you get such items could be reduced instead of adding an increased nerve cost, just a thought.

Why not just include focused scouting to better the experience without the additional nerve cost?
