Throughout my time in Torn, I've collected some items with rather high qualities, and now I'd like to give them away! On July 10th, I will use a random number generator to pick people who post below. It's a Dune Helmet, it should protect you from getting sand in your eyes. It was obviously designed for desert warfare, so it's not that much of a stretch to say that it can protect from sand. While the current argument is that it doesn't have goggles, I think that 1. Goggles against only sand should be added, and 2. No one in their right mind would send people into desert combat without sand protection.
I really don't see why 10 is the max. With the amount of sites that just let you pay for someone else to place the bounties for you, why don't we just skip the middleman and let someone place the bounties themselves.

In my opinion, Torn has been going downhill for the last few years and is no longer fun to even play. The turning point for me was Ched removing points selling to the pawn shop, killing flying, and forcing noobs to either spend double the time on Torn or just spend money, showing that he no longer cares about the community as much as he cares about money. What’s your thoughts on this?
