Somone decided that they wanted to figure out how all the medication in our waters were affecting fishlife....so they dumped a bunch of Benzo's (Xanax) into a particular area to study particular fish. Scientists were surprised that the the salmon 'infected' by the medication were more successful at navigating complex damn bridges in the UK.
Take that bit of info with you to George's Gym!

I don't recall the name and it doesn't really matter anyway,
but there was this dude in a faction we were warring against who was very heavily into roleplaying being a cat.
it was super funny. A little weird youwling meow now and then but superfunny.
Mr E,
Mr Empty,
Zedi Zero zilch
Zero Empathy
The number to signify nothing
The opposite of growth
Friendship is nothing
Faction is nothing
Honor….none at all
Zero is you
Glory in your Emptiness
Friendships are empty
Even your crime is sour milk
What use does a nothing have for faction, for glory?
You are the reprobate child who cries at the empty shell you created whimpering
“I am a bad boy so what?”
So empty even a game hates you
Muttley...he was really nice to me and got me excited about this strange game I checked out at random. It is amazing how fast I got hooked
Ramadan Mubarak to all my muslim friends, passerbys, and muggers.
Truly God's love (however we interpret it) is great.
Thanks, lexi et all...I've wondered about this and enjoyed the responses
I named myself during a war. Our big guns kept taking everyone down....I joked that I was that special seagul that kept swooping in for near dead kills...and the rename was born.
I have this belief that Torn is a game designed for players to fail and that is the beauty of it. I fail majestically on a regular basis. I make choices that briefly seem brilliant, only for faction leaders to point out the great, gaping Leslie-sized holes in my logic.
You can screw up in a split second. I still burn with fury—and laugh at myself—over the time I sent Duke a donator pack instead of a birthday present. Embrace those failures as part of the fun. They’re moments that remind you Torn isn’t about perfection but perseverance.
Realize that all those "pricks" levels above you are just part of the toil of the game. Someday—someday—you will be powerful enough to be one of those pricks! This isn’t Animal Crossing or The Sims, where the stories are insipid, and you prosper no matter what. In Torn, what you gain, you gain—well, fictionally—but it’s deeply satisfying.
It’s often those "brilliant-seeming" choices or anxiety provoking conflicts that teach the best lessons, making you sharper for the next attempt. The struggle, the learning, and the eventual victories are what make the game so rewarding.

I sent duke a donator pack rather than a present. I still burn on that.
There once was a bloke named Duke, I sent hima donator pack instead of a present as a fluke. When I begged for it back he b never answered, not even a rebuke
If you givevit t9 me odds are good, I will use some of it to support someone else
Viciously_Grim must have been in our faction for like a minute or for an inactive hour because I don't even remember you and I am realtively active.
Simik13l did seem active but I was always bemused by thier intense desire to discuss drama in Torn in faction chat. Now it comes together.
I am a midlevel GTH player. I get paid the same R per hit that our more powerful players get. I benifit from the many giveaways, training support, awnsering of my many questions that GTH leadership offers every day.
You spent five minutes in my family, got told that you would need to work for your living and pissfully left.
Bye bye.
I just assumed people hospitalizing me was a strategy to get me out of the way from farming the treat peeps i was....though one person...it struck me as petty vengeance. But it is amug strategy game right?
I realize that I likely have nothing different to say than in prevous posts but tt this post bugged me. I am having so much fun in Halloween and Torn year round.
My own points is that of course this holiday benfits the more powerful players! I feel like the whole game is a "Long Con" If you aren't excited by the idea that your basket is going to get you benefits in the three years othat it will take, or are holding an Easter Egg for that very right moment that you just knoooow will benifit you eventually you may never fully enjoy Torn
I have been mugged, hospilized and left on the streets at least 30 times in this holiday. So what? Any of us 'new players' have come to this game about 15 years late to be a 'big fish. I delight in being a small fish in a shark filled ocean....because watch out people someday....someday my basket will be filled, my egg will be eaten, my books will be read....and...well then I will still be a medium sized fish...but still a happy one.
P.S If the Uber Seagull was not such an awesome name, I would change mine to Shark Guppy...right now.
You are now Skynet matter assimilated into tiny nuggets of donator packs
