More perks for level holders are on the respect calculation. After the fair fight, it also will weigh in the level difference. E.g. As a level 60+, when I attacked a lower stat level 100, I'd get the same amount of resp with when I attacked an equally stat level 79.

Also, the RW weapon smurf that calculates damages based on level difference. But I havent try them so Idk much.

There's Cayman bank for unlimited storage. If the aim is to not miss out on buying stocks, then OP could save their excess cash on other stocks that they could cash out immediately.

Unfortunately, chaining is a non-negotiable here. You need to chain regularly to earn respect and unlock more perks. Even more so since you don't hold any territories.

Another option is to turn the faction as a RW cache farm to earn money to fund the chain which means more perks.

Perks are what attracts the players, if you want a crime-focused faction, you need to at least unlocked the criminality branch (more nerve, less busting cost, etc).
Also, the only OC worth earning is PA with 100-300m/PA, and with 20% split, that gives 20-60m/week. You can start contacting high level players who are in PA team to do a test run.

Do whatever works for you. There is no "main method to make money" that works universally. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.

I'd say mix up some lesser safe crimes (e.g. stealing jackets) and arson warehouse. What I'd do is to steal jackets 2-3 times when I receive a blue/red fail on arson warehouse. Then try again.

If you're nowhere near NS or have been paying racket money, or give them discount, then yes you can apply the "first come first serve" policy. That is how you can be neutral.

But since you're in the turf, enjoying 85% racket, and probably being defended too (idk, I hardly pay attention on any drama), it's only common sense and courtesy to reach out to NS, figuring out if there are ways to be neutral. Maybe going all switzerland and enjoy the cash from both parties. Or s7 yourself before the war to keep neutrality.

Do you see the issue here? You claim to be neutral, when your territory and racket agreement says otherwise.

But you are selectively applying the policy when you're in NS tertz, paying 15% of the racket and even give them discount revive price. Yet, treating them as other factions in a regular war, saying "sorry we're booked."

That's why I said it's a moot point, you've been giving NS discount prices even before M reached out. In other words, you're in contract with them before the talk with M on October. Ergo, signing a contract with M shows bad faith on your end. Unless, of course, you either plan to ditch the territories altogether or notify NS about the contract as soon as it happened. Hornz' post on the timeline from NS side showed they only receive the words after they reached out to formally set the contract.

And since you're in their territory, and been given them preferred pricing, doesn't that mean they hold you on a retainer without having to actually say so, or maybe only speak their intention.

I admit I have no idea about how a reviver contract should be. I understand that retainer is necessary. But it gets confusing when a. You're in their territory and been paying protection money, which many would assume as you receive protection in that regard. And the discounted revive price.

I think the conversation about "M reached out first for a revive contract" is a moot point because you've been paying protection money to NS.

I may sound like beating the dead's horse here. But what everyone wants to know, or at least I do want to know, is not the timeline or who did you choose to revive. But more to why did you choose to revive M, when you're still in or near NS territories? Last time I check, reviving doesn't require you to be near with the target.

Staying in the area while reviving M is questionable.If you go with "We're revivers. We're neutrals. It's first come first serve." Then why did you stay in the territories?

Thanks for answering. Imo, staying neutral means without preferences. They may broke the deal on the discounted price, but at least they gave the same service to both parties.
Yes, I'm grossly excluding their territories and only consider them as revivers, which is the point they've constantly insist on.

Their territories means they're naturally (no pun here) on NS favor. If they were truly wanted to be seen as revivers, then they should've vacated the land prior to the war.

Imo, partaking in territory wars means no neutrality. Unless, ofc, being a reviver and go on a revive spree disregarding their factions and allegiances.
