I am offering services for any type or size of Torn pic you need. PM me with your ideas and we can agree to terms.
Finished auctions:

- Current pricing: Depends on complexity, but I am reasonably priced. I appreciate tips if you are extra happy. I spend a lot of hours on my work and will work with you until you are satisfied. I will do my best to complete commissions within a week. See my auctions below for samples.
I do not offer animation. I may at some point. So far I feel the image size limits get in the way of the image quality.
I don't use AI in my work. Not knocking those who do.. AI is just a tool, tools can be used for good or bad. My resources are obtained responsibly.

I admit I'm new to the scene but I had to give this a shot. You are known for chomping all the good arts you can, so this is an ode to you xD

Min on #2 please :)
Not sure you need the luck with skills like that but it's truly awesome. The editing, sound, all of it. Good luck ;)

I agree 150m would attract more submissions, but as KingABz pointed out, there is really no resale value for the ones you don't select.
Adding more description for what you are after might encourage more participation so it felt less like a stab in the dark. If you aren't getting what you are after, I would find an artist whose style you really like that are doing custom work. It's the more traditional method because it's a good way to make sure both parties are happy.
Good luck finding your piece :)
