This post of mine is just a basic guide that I tested in my company and it worked
The first thing you need to know before creating a company is to know what you want: money? bonus? all?
Knowing this you can make your build focused
I look for bonuses that will help me during my life in Torn
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]!! Now enough talk and let's get to the tutorial !!
When you choose your company and know what you want, it's time to start
- my first recommendation is: take the business EDU, they will make it easier for your company to grow
- second recommendation, avoid spending a lot of money on adversting, for you to really have something effective in it, you will have to spend a lot of money. I especially spend between 5k and 20k at the beginning
- get good employees
- always have stock!!!

These are my recommendations, but it's not over yet, time to explain how you're going to do all this!
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Bussines EDU
If you haven't taken the courses, do it now, you need them, they help a lot, focus on efficiency and productivity like:
- introdution
- statistics
- communication
- pricing strategy
- corporate finance
- corporate strategy
- logistic
- bussines ethic
- human resource
- e-commerce

What do you mean I shouldn't invest in adds? calm down, don't kill me, I'll explain
These ads are in relation to other companies, if you spend 5k you will NEVER be able to compete with companies that spend 10m
So that's why I don't recommend using this system at the beginning, start using it when you get a good profit and cut around 50 to 75% of it, so you can start competing against other companies.

Now the hard and easy part is finding employees. I first look in my faction, and not just anyone, I look for people who were or are in the army, because the chance of them having a good status is greater.
the higher the statuses, the better your company will grow
NOTE: place ALL your employees as sales or training
so that you make maximum profit

If you are in doubt about the position of the sellers, see the special positions on the wiki
Another thing, when your company is stable and has good employees, place one as a store manager, he gives a bonus of 20 efficiency to the other employees in the store.

[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Stock[/background]
What reduces my profit is always forgetting to restock, a tip is, don't restock everything the same, see, if you sell one more item, you restock it more often
If you sell 400 pieces of an item, buy 1200 more and restock when you get close to 400 again
to finish our short tutorial, use tornstats, they help you know how your company is doing and remember
income is NOT profit
income is your gross value, profit is this gross value minus salary, stock and advertising taxes
[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Upgrade[/background]
I received a recommendation from other players to update your company as soon as possible but if you don't have the money for this, don't worry, it's possible to grow your company with a few upgrades, but it will take longer to reach 10 stars xD

[background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Stars[/background]
Now the coolest thing is, your company gets a star if your weekly income is better than the worst income of your next star's company
did not understand? ok
if u company weekly income is 10k and u have 0 stars
and the last 1 star company (that is active) has 50k weekly income
you need to have a weekly income greater than 50k
the game updates the stars every Sunday at 6:10 pm
company active? yes, active companies are those that have the director and employees working there, that is, it is not a dead company
That's it for now, if you need more help you can send me a DM asking and I'll get back to you.
good morning, good afternoon and good night citizens of Torn
