I have the Merit now guys, thanks for your help.
I had not actually spawned either which is why they were not on my lists. I randomly spawned around 30 Residential and 10 Commercial, for 3 nerve each. Once successfully burgled they appeared in the List.

Hello all,
I've been going back through Burglary all week to achieve the 'Key to the City' Honours. I had completed 32/34 locations and going back through I have completed 32/34 locations.
I have googled the locations and found that I am missing the 'Advertisement Agency' and the ' Manor House'. I am level 100 already, I have the items needed, the 'Skeleton Key' and 'Lockpicks'.
Does anybody know what I am missing?
