i wonder if they do the same with IP or device tracking. sure, people use each others wifi all the time, but you'd expect different devices on each account. the biggest confusion in that would be public devices. lets say you go to your library to play torn. thats all good and normal. you log out and leave. another person uses the same computer later to play torn, how would you determine that a different person is using that computer?

If a court wants your money, it serves a legal notice to your employer, and the cash is taken before it ever touches your bank account. Also, the United States DOES NOT GIVE A FUCK about your family. Any debt you have is on you and dies with you. 

Chinese traditions are different because they place a heavy emphasis on family accountability collectively. If you borrow money to build a lifestyle, your immediate family is viewed as beneficiaries of that wealth. 

Both systems are harsh. The US system outright drains your paycheck or drives you into bankruptcy , a track that ruins your housing options for a decade. The Chinese system leaves your local cash alone, but restricts your physical movement across the country to pressure you into a settlement.

This is immediately what came to mind here as well.
Whether or not it actually works well in reality is up to debate.

its pretty random and NOT guaranteed to stock every 15 minutes. it must have a "chance" of restock and every 15 minutes is a re-roll for that. i have the same issue with pharmacy. 100 blood bags for 15k is a good deal, but you are inclined to set timers and check until you have the opportunity to buy. theres been times i wait an hour for items to restock so.

unsure if traveling is the same way, but id guess so there too.
