Sorry if been asked before but cannot find any info about the combat items quality %.
How much difference does the quality % make. For example does a higher % combat jacket protect more than a lower rating? Is a higher quality weapon more effective than lower? Also, does it degrade with use or does the figure stay the same. My jacket is 0.09% which seems very low in my mind but I have seen some a lot higher.
Can someone please tell me what the stars are on the individual search button. I thought I knew but now they keep changing in number. Thanks for your help and sorry if this is a basic question that has been asked before.
