When i list items, they often get brought within 2-3 secs of being listed. Ive always suspected a script/mod or something that does this so would support your question lol.

Just came to say that overnight, all my lag has gone and game appears to be running smooth like it was before lol

Severe lag at all times in all areas.
Clearing cache doesnt resolve
For me, it appears to have began directly after the last planned downtime.

For me its been about a week its been like this.

Also seeing alot of 504 errors popping up
