Is there any sort of tool that I can use to get an estimate of someone's battle stats that I don't have to install? I've seen a few script tools that say they'll show you someone's stat estimate right on their page in torn, but I haven't seen anything where you can just search up someones name to see their estimate without downloading.
I got a mission from Duke to attack a target I_AM_VENUM and injure his right arm, but I cannot attack him as he is permanently in federal prison with his account marked for deletion. I saw somewhere it said that the game should give you a new target once it 'realizes' your current isn't attackable so I tried a few things like clearing my browser cache, restarting, relogging and things like that, but I haven't gotten a new target.
