[/background] [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]When times got tough, I turned to the streets for survival. My best friends put me on to new ways to make money.[/background] [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Yeah, I'll admit it. I did some things I ain't proud of, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right?[/background] [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]Now, at 19, I'm holding it down in my own little space, a cozy studio apartment in the heart of the city.[/background] [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]The neighbors fight a lot, but it's mine, and that's what counts.[/background] [background color=var(--bbc-body-bg-color)]My boss keeps dangling that promotion carrot, but 'til then, I'm out here burning the midnight oil with my friends, making moves and chasing dreams."[/background]
"Damn, today was straight-up rough. I swear, baggin' groceries feels like livin' in my own version of Groundhog Day. Same old grind, different damn day. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the gig, but it's suckin' the life outta me, bit by bit.
And to top it off, had the weirdest run-in on my way to work. Some shady ol' lady with dirt under her nails tried to jack me. Can you believe that? Me, gettin' rolled up on like that. But nah, I wasn't lettin' that slide. Might be small, but I got fists to match.
But karma had its own plans for me, man. On the way back from work, got jumped by some masked fool. Couldn't even catch a glimpse of their face. Everything went down so fast, next thing I knew, I'm on the ground, banged up and shook.
Hate feelin' this vulnerable, like I gotta watch my back 24/7. But I ain't lettin' fear run my game. Worked too damn hard to let some coward mess with my hustle.
Tomorrow's a new day, another shot to grind harder and chase them dreams.
But tonight? Tonight, I'm feelin' the exhaustion and frustration. Tomorrow, though?
Tomorrow, I'm comin' back stronger, no doubt about it."
"Today’s been a rollercoaster of emotions, let me tell you. First off, I finally moved outta that noisy, cramped apartment complex. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it was home for a minute, but it was time to bounce. My uncle hooked me up with this sweet little spot to rent, and lemme tell ya, it’s like a breath of fresh air. Got my own space now, finally!
But here’s the twist—I quit my gig as a grocery bagger. Yeah, it was grindin' my gears, but I thought I’d score somethin' better real quick. Man, was I wrong. Been hitting up job interviews left and right, but it's like hitting a brick wall. Rejection after rejection, it's been rough.
Then, outta desperation, I had to swallow my pride and go crawling back to bagging groceries. It’s like a slap in the face, you know? But a girl’s gotta do what she gotta do to keep the lights on and food on the table. And truth is, I need that cash flow.
I’m miserable, diary. Just tryna make enough green to live without feeling like I’m drowning every damn day. I'm hustling hard, but sometimes it feels like the world's against me. Gotta keep pushing, though. Can’t let this grind break me.
But hey, on the bright side, at least I got my own spot now. And who knows, maybe tomorrow’s gonna be the day everything turns around. Gotta keep that hope alive, right?
PS: I'm able to spruce up my home a little thanks to a sweet donation from this one married man I ran into. Should I get a dog?! "
Hey I made a report on a profile, that I was instructed to attack via my Missions. This player is impossible to damage even slightly for me. After attacking them 20x I decided to do a report and was instructed to redo it here. player id 3195865

"Thank you! I am actually from the other side of town." Yailin's eyes drifted over towards the newly arrived as she spoke.
Perking a brow, she shifted her attention back to Anne. "Looks like it's picking up already!"
Her phone rang and she removed it from her pocket to check the screen. "Ugh. I am on my breaaaak bro." she whined before silencing the call and pocketing her phone. "I know it's not difficult to bag groceries. They can wait!" Yailin rolled her eyes and shook her head before firmly crossing her arms over her chest.
Yailin smiled at Percy and shook her head. "I usually grab my drinks from the corner store but someone just held them up. The whole spot is shut down. Tea is fine! Uh.. on the rocks please."
She gave up on the cash and it sat on the bar in a wrinkled mess.
"Nice to meet you, Anne... and Percy! I'm Yailin. I work at the grocery store down--..." Finally, she pointed South "..--the one down on that side."
The young woman took her phone from her pocket and habitually checked her notifications. Her acrylic nails clicked on the screen as she unlocked it.
"Do you all get busy around dinner time?" Yailin pocketed her phone and audibly dragged a stool out from beneath the bar and took a seat.
Yailin stepped into Wood's Tavern with her work apron on and her black curly locks up in a messy bun. Her eyes toured the interior while she made her way towards the bar.
"How much for a half n' half? Half lemonade and half tea?" She asks while tugging some bunched-up cash from her pocket.
In an attempt to straighten the cash, she placed it on the counter and tried to flatten it with her palm. Her attention briefly shifted towards the other guests, and she acknowledged them with a nod.
