all of these factions are peak and amazing for anyone, high levels or a newbie. These factions are genuinely some of the kindest and have some of the nicest people you'll see in Torn City. Not only that, but all of the factions are expanding and have pretty good benefits. Truly one of the best factions to be a part of in Torn, no matter the level or battle stats. All you need is the will to grow.
