Okay apparently it *was* actioned and our balances changed, the glitch is that there was no log entry and nobody got any notifications of their balance changing.
For some reason the Bidding War we just completed went straight to saying "PAID" without actually letting us action the payment. Nobody from Bidding War or No Reserve received any payment.
