I have been playing around in the legal filed for a while and it dawned on me that there should be a way to sue someone that puts a public bounty on you. You would need to find an attorney (maybe build an in city court house). I also think there should be a statute of limitations on how long you have to sue the person.

im following Kendi, it was so much fun in the last war we were in. I got to wreck a bunch of shop and added a ton of hits in the chians. He was a good guy and always been straight forward with me and the other guys he recruited.
The lawsuits success could depend on the amount of job points the attorney uses to fight the case. The same way the class action lawsuit works.
To keep it simple I would say the attorney gets 45% while the victim gets the rest. Just make it for the amount of money that is on the victims head at that time. You could go after peoples property if you wanted to generate extra value/risk but the math for the development guys may get a bit crazy.
So is that how the forum works? You make a suggestion then someone dumps a ton of bounties on you? I would write the code to do the lawsuits myself if they would give me access.

then why even have the legal field as an option? if you can't use it to apply some legal process on others. As for how it would work players with a bounty or a string of bounties put on their head could use it as an option to limit the impact. as for this being a city of crime and corruption they why even have the option for a doctor in the medical field be able to revive someone? there is always going to be some sort of good to be done that will continue to make the game interesting.
