Hello! I'm sure this has been said, but I think it would be super beneficial for a lot of players (including myself at this particular time), if you can take back the property you are renting if both parties concur and there is a refund involved.
The way you could potentially make this work is if you have the funds to support taking back the property, but if you can't afford the refund for whatever the reason may be then you simply cannot take it back until you have the proper amount (and as long as the rentee agrees to you taking it back) I think it would be unfair if you can take it back willy-nilly, so I thought there should be a way to circumvent that. Might be a silly idea, but worth a shot.
As stated in the title, just looking for a spouse. Willing to pay half upkeeps for a PI if one is owned by said spouse... Engaged irl so not actually looking for anything crazy like a lot of folks. I'm a lowly lvl 5 but working on getting 15 to make the big bucks. Though it's a long shot, figured I'd post. Cheers!

Didn't simp, just thought that some people are actually semi-decent and would help out someone else, especially when you arrange to pay them back & they could just get it for a cheaper price, but definitely learned there are more shady people on here than not haha. To be fair, I didn't know the indicators either, which definitely would've stopped me in a heartbeat (ie; enemies, forum posts, etc.) But I know for next time :)
