Hey guys. There is this guy, da-l [3464292] who posted to buy losses. I did some hits on them and lost - obviously.
But they only texted me with the msg "nope" and after asking what they mean they said, that I had to msg them before. They didn't say anything near like this in their post. It wasn't closed too.
Anyone knows what to do?

Like others before said, go through your missions. It will give you tasks to attack with explizit profiles.
Afterwards you can (or should) join a warring faction if you want to fight. There you can attack as much as you want :)
You could have told me that ur in an emergency situation instead of just a "nope" and "if you think I'm gonna pay you there no way in hell you didn't even talk to me about it". Would be way less time intense and im the very last Person who wouldnt understand and give you the time you need to whatever you need to do.
I sold lots of losses here and ppl who wanted to deal like you explicitly mention to msg them before. If you don't, than it's just an open offer you make to everyone.
I'm done with you, keep your foul money and get your friends with their radiation weapons off me. I'm done collecting the Bounties you got on your head.

Wouldnt recommend. Didnt pay with the reason that I didnt msg them before, even if they didn't stated here to msg them before.
Did 4 attacks. Client is a bit weak, so they couldnt beat me at first attack, so it was a stalemate
