I'm about to be going on a 7-Day hiking trip and I'm trying to figure out the food (bc weight is always the issue ha) I will be hiking around 6 hours a day mixed Terrain I'm estimating around 5,000 calories burned daily does anyone have any good brand suggestions? I was thinking about MRE's at first but they're too heavy and they don't have enough calories. Anyone have any suggestions?
