Why not create a chat similar to the faction one but this one includes the two warring factions only 

📜 Lore of the Newbie Bazaar

Long before Torn became the sprawling den of crime it is today, whispers spoke of a place where fledglings could take their first steps without being devoured by the city’s wolves. That place became known as the Newbie Bazaar—a sanctuary carved out of chaos, a marketplace where the greenest recruits could learn to survive.

The Bazaar rises from a crooked square, its stalls patched together from scavenged wood and rusted metal. Bright banners flutter above the chaos, painted with crude symbols of hope: daggers crossed with olive branches, shields marked with open hands. Here, the air hums with barter and chatter, not gunfire.

• The Stalls of Beginnings: Merchants peddle starter blades, battered pistols, and cheap armor—tools not meant to conquer, but to endure. Every item carries the scent of possibility, the promise of a first victory.

• The Elders’ Corner: Veteran criminals, scarred and weary, sit beneath awnings offering wisdom instead of wares. They trade stories of failed heists and narrow escapes, guiding rookies with lessons written in blood and survival.

• The Circle of Generosity: A rare phenomenon in Torn—players giving without expectation. Spare medkits, cast-off gear, and discounted supplies pass from hand to hand, forging bonds stronger than contracts.

• The Atmosphere: Lanterns glow against the grime, casting warmth where Torn’s streets usually breed suspicion. Guards patrol, not to oppress, but to protect the fragile trust that keeps the Bazaar alive.

Legends say every Torn citizen remembers their first purchase here—the thrill of gripping a weapon bought with their own dirty cash, the rush of realizing they were no longer prey but predator-in-training. The Bazaar is not eternal; it exists only because the veterans allow it, and because the city itself seems to respect the ritual of beginnings.

In Torn, mercy is rare. Yet in the Newbie Bazaar, mercy is tradition. 

With a name like that, I'd keep my mouth shut
