I'd like to buy trains from a >7* company. 

Stats I'd prefer to have trained:

Primary Stat: MAN

Secondary Stat: INT 

Current Stats: 

Manual labor 767

Intelligence 1,604

Endurance 2,088

Total 4,459

My goal is to rush stats for the education job. 

Willing to pay 500k per train. 

Minimum 30 trains.

This is very sobering to read.

Definitely something to consider for younger players who work at this as if it's a 2nd job. (cough.)

Hey Howzit. 

Recently started playing, fresh traveler trying to make decent cash and build decent stats simultaneously. 

I'd like to rent a private island  (minimum 4k happy) with an airstrip (who wants to spend 3+ hours traveling somewhere only to have plushies and flowers out of stock?) for a more friendly price than what's currently available at the estate agents. 6mil for 7 days is beyond me at this point. 

Looking for something more long term than 7 days but still something I can afford without having to feel like Torn is just another drag of a chore to get done so I don't end up back in a shack.
