I have a bit of a dilemma: I'm currently in a small Silver rank faction, which is still growing, is quite active, has faction wars about once a month, but the leaders and the older members are very good communicators and are more than willing to help players with less experience, such as myself. Recently, I've got the offer to join a way bigger Platinum rank faction, with way more benefits and way more active in faction wars, but since there's so much more members in this one, idk how good the communication and the collaboration is. What should I do?

Yeah, I wholly agree. For me, for example, it took me three days to find all of them. But I also have friends who played for WAY longer than me, but still haven't found every single item.
