I have thought of a new 6th gauge called “Strategy Points”, after Energy, Nerve, Happiness, Life and Chain. It will take form of a super pale yellow color with a lightbulb as its symbol.

You have an upper limit of 100 Strategy Points at first, but like in fighting games you can have a maximum of 300 Strategy Points, for each 100 points you get a Strategy Level. 

You can hold 2 Strategies, and you can switch 2 times per day.

Any time possible (in fights, heck even in non-fighting times), you can spend any multiples of 100 Strategy Points to use your Strategy. The more SP you spend, the more effective the Strategy becomes. 

For Combat Strategies, when you engage in fights, you gain SP, the more damage you deal the more you get for each hit, while being hit gains you even more SP than each time you deal damage.

For Casual Strategies, you gain 2 Strategy points each minute, and gain a set amount of additional Strategy points each time you fulfil a condition like spending energy, getting an item (from searching the city, crimes, etc.).

I was thinking of EX, but then I replaced it with Strategy to make it sound unique.

How can I execute a proper Arson? Every time I did it, it was the wrong way and it ended up with a critical failure.

Teasing Taunt

[Combat Strategy]

[Lv.1] Select an online player OK in the same country you’re in, and force them to fight with you. When they accept, pay 10 energy.

[Lv.2] You pay less 5 energy.

[Lv.3] You gain Dexterity equal to 50% of their Strength until the end of the fight.

Strengthening Surgery

[Casual Strategy]

Strengthening Surgery can only be done once per 3 days.
[Lv.1] Hospitalize yourself for 80 minutes without the possibility of revival by others. When you get out, you gain 2-5% of 1 of your random battle stats.

[Lv.2] Gain an extra 5% stat boost.

[Lv.3] There’s a 50% chance that you’ll get 50% of your max Life.

digital in-game currencies don’t last forever, and they don’t make a big difference in your real life. you should appreciate taking whatever you can get, and think of ways to avoid the tax while earning market value of things upon selling them. try to trade your things with your fellow faction members in exchange for their market value. besides, people in Torn have gone through things much worse and has overcame that, so your Freudian Excuse is No Excuse.
