Depends on what genre you want OP, A genuine starter set in my opinion would be Clannad, Steins gate and Devil on G-String.
Those titles are somewhat self contained, So you don't have to read three spin-off titles to get a conclusive true ending. 👍

To be realistic though it'd probably stay in America so show me where Texas is at in the Fallout world, Keeping roughly with the vibe of NV with it's open expanse but pulling in more influence from Mexico and the lone star state would make for some cool factions and antagonists.
