Oh my days, where do I even BEGIN to sing the praises of the legendary, the magnificent, the absolutely humble Luffy?!
Working under Luffy has been a life-changing experience. Just last week he personally reminded me — for the 47th time — that I should be grateful to even breathe the same Torn City air as him. And he’s right. He’s always right. I’ve learned that very quickly.
The pay is so competitive that I once had to look up the word “competitive” in a dictionary to fully appreciate it. Still looking, but that’s beside the point.
The work environment is electric — mainly because Luffy will zap you if you slack off — and the team culture is second to none. We have a strict “no complaining” policy, a “no days off” policy, and a “no asking questions about the policies” policy. It really streamlines things.
Career growth? Absolutely. I started as a nobody and I am now a slightly more exhausted nobody with a fancier title.
In all seriousness though, if you want a boss who is definitely a real person and not just a guy frantically clicking buttons while eating cereal at 2am, Luffy is YOUR guy.
