This would fit right into the theme of Torn. 

OK-so I have been a resident of Torn for about a month and a half now and there is one thing that I find myself regularly saying I would love to have access to to increase my quality of life here. That thing is inventory organizing bags. It would be extremely helpful to have duffel bags or backpacks that different categories of items could be organized into. 

You don't quite understand how raffles work, do you? Nobody is spending nearly as much on tickets as the item is worth. Of course the raffle holder is making a profit. Nothing wrong with that and it is in no way a scam. Every lottery, raffle, or giveaway in Torn or in the real world has a profit component. You comparing just going out and buying the item to entering the raffle is just plain silly.

I'm currently posting this with TornTools enabled. 

I placed a couple of bets on the Cleveland Guardians/Detroit Tigers baseball game that was scheduled for today. We had severe thunderstorms and the game was rescheduled for some day in September. My money is still being held by the Bookie. Is it possible to get it released?

Are not constantly carrying high addiction rates

Have multiple (preferably 10) merits in Employee Effectiveness

Are active multiple times a day

Have decent work stats (minimum 50k Endurance with much higher being preferred)
