I was in a faction called the associates for 100 days but have not received the merit for it.

Can this be looked into please and assigned?

Hello, I was just about to do my happy jump training and had maxed out my booster and increased my happiness. I had used my 1k happy from my stocks that I can claim every 7 days. Had tried to pop the ecstacy which has left my inventory but didnt work. Torn went down due to a live test I have been advised.
However I've lost all the happy id built up, the ecstacy bought and the happy I claimed from my stocks and I wasn't able to train.
Can this be reversed so I can be where I was prior to the live event?

I have literally deleted the app several times and reinstalled it without realising I could just swipe 😅.

When you say going to the home page you mean by pushing the house icon on the bottom of the screen as I had certainly done that before I left. For the fact you can see that the time frame was completed and this can't be done manually is certainly disappointing and something I would feedback as a possible change moving forward so others dont have the same issue.
