Got the mission Sellout Slayer.
Bought a Bushmaster from the market and collected 6 bounties using it. First 2 steps marked as done.
Sold all 3 Bushmasters I had in my bazaar, but 3rd step won't trigger.
Tried waiting 'til new day, and accepting and finishing another mission. 3rd step still hasn't triggered.

Bought a Sig 550 from the market and damaged 6 different players. First 2 steps marked as done.
Sold the Sig 550 in my bazaar, but 3rd step didn't trigger.
Sold 10 more Sig 550s in my bazaar at decreasing prices, still no trigger and I have no more to sell.
The only oddity was the sixth player damaged was a defend, but as the 2nd step triggered, it shouldn't be the problem.

It's been around awhile, so not new. Control reduces ammo used w/out reducing damage. I don't believe it affects accuracy.

After I accepted the mission, I bought only the Sig 550, equipped it and used it against 6, then put it in my bazaar, all without buying anything else. When its sale didn't trigger the 3rd step, I sold all of my Sig 550s and still no joy.
Yes, the one I bought and used, and when that didn't work, every other one I owned.

At the race track, go to Your Cars or Parts & Modifications. Add up the races entered and races won for all your cars.

A whole lot of 2 driver, 100 lap races.
Hazmat Suit and (Kevlar) Trench Coat have been moved to clothing.
In an official race, 1st place gets 3 upgrade points, 2nd place gets 2, and 3rd gets 1. Car class doesn't matter.
Choose 1 from each category:
Brake Pads (Uprated, Fast Road, Competition Racing)
Brake Discs (Uprated, Grooved, Grooved and Drilled)
Fast Road Brake Fluid
Braided Brake Hoses
Brake Balance Bias Control
Uprated Brakes (4 Pot, 6 Pot)
I'm pretty sure that you can't race without a license, at least that I've ever heard.
The points you buy your license with are the same points you get from a donator pack, and use to refill your energy bar. Official races earn you racing points (if you're in the top 3), which you use to upgrade your cars. Unfortunately, they aren't exchangeable.
Already fixed itself without clearing; worked when I tried another browser, worked when I came back to original.
Perhaps it needed more time to upload fully, and I just needed a bit more patience.
Same for me, except I only have "last spins" and "back to casino" in a drop down bar. Using Safari.
